NovaRentCheck pulls from two sources. Building data comes from publicly listed rent ranges and unit information. Community reports come from renters who share what they actually pay. Together they give you a clear picture of where you stand — whether you're up for renewal or thinking about moving.
When you submit your rent we store your neighborhood, bedroom count, and monthly rent. That is it. No name, no email, no IP address. We do not sell data. We do not share data.
